小出「原子力発電所でウランを燃やすと、え…放射能の毒性が約１億倍高まる、んです。で、やく１００万年閉じ込めておければ、もともとのウランの毒性ぐらいには減ってくれるだろうということですので。そんな議論をすること自身が科学のなすべきことでは私はないと思っているので。もともとやってはいけないことだと思います」
